Overview

Seraphic Advisors advises and represents businesses, promoters, shareholders, investors and multinational enterprises in complex commercial arbitration and high-stakes contractual disputes. Our arbitration practice is built around disputes where the legal, financial and commercial issues are closely intertwined and where the outcome can materially affect a client's business, investments or strategic interests. We act across the full lifecycle of an arbitration: from assessing the dispute and developing pre-arbitration strategy to constitution of the tribunal, interim relief, pleadings, evidence, hearings, award challenges and enforcement. Our lawyers handle disputes arising from complex commercial contracts, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, infrastructure and construction projects, investments, financial transactions and cross-border business relationships.
